Acquired 15 years of specialized sushi expertise, having trained alongside award-winning chefs and advanced to Head Sushi Chef at Hai Hospitality. My experience leading teams across Texas, Colorado, and Florida has given me insight into diverse markets and operational challenges. As a restaurant consultant, I help establishments troubleshoot operational issues and elevate their dining experiences. 

Beyond the culinary world, I am a practicing ceramic artist with work featured in four restaurants nationwide. This creative practice complements my hospitality background and reinforces my commitment to craftsmanship and attention to detail.
